1 Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and DEVFOIL ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the admin.devfoil.com website and all related services (collectively, the "Services").

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

6 User Content

By submitting User Content, you:

• Retain ownership of your User Content

8 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

DEVFOIL does not warrant that:

• The Services will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any time or location
• Any errors or defects will be corrected
• The Services are free of viruses or other harmful components
• The results of using the Services will meet your requirements

9 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DEVFOIL, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION:

• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Damages resulting from interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our Services

10 Indemnification

11 Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Request by law enforcement or government agencies

• Unexpected technical or security issues
• Extended periods of inactivity

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

12 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board rules, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.

13 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the original intent.

14 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and DEVFOIL concerning the Services.

These Terms supersede any prior agreements, communications, or proposals, whether oral or written, between you and DEVFOIL regarding the Services.
